Asking a general-purpose AI assistant a clinical question tends to run into two problems. First, hallucination: the answer reads fluently but may not be true, so the physician spends time re-checking each claim and opening each link to see whether it actually says that. Second, the answer is written for the public: it often suggests seeing a doctor, explains what a physician already knows, and skips the specialist detail the physician actually needed.
PrimaCite is built to reduce both problems. Evidence before answer: it searches first and writes from what it found, with citations to check against; when it matters, you can have the answer reviewed again — a self-review, or a cross-check by a second independent model. And the answer is written physician-to-physician: it goes straight to what you asked and covers what a physician usually needs.
Reduced is not removed: like any other AI system, PrimaCite can still be wrong. Use it with care, check against the cited sources, and the clinical decision remains the physician's responsibility.
PrimaCite searches first, then answers.
Medical claims draw on your organization's library, specialty-society guidelines, and peer-reviewed literature. Open encyclopedias and patient-facing pages are not accepted as grounds for a medical claim.
Citations link to the underlying sources — open the original and check it yourself. When a point cannot be supported at that standard, the answer says so rather than inventing a source.
Answers are written physician-to-physician by default. No need to state your specialty, how to summarize, where to search, or what format you want — the system already follows medical convention.
Comparison tables, decision trees, key points, and commonly-missed pitfalls; a described patient case is worked up with an emergency-first differential.
Choose, per answer, how it is checked. The three review levels run after the answer appears, so each adds a wait for its result.
