Answers grounded in your hospital's own documents
PrimaCite gives your clinicians answers drawn from the protocols, guidelines and manuals your organization loads, alongside published evidence. When an answer includes a numbered citation, the marker links to the document it came from; check it before relying on it.
Your documents, cited
An internal knowledge base your organization loads for its users, plus a private library for each user that only they can see. When an answer includes a numbered citation to one of these documents, the marker opens the document and the place in it.
One deployment per organization
In production, each organization has its own deployment, branded for it, at its own address; organizations do not share a production deployment. The integration test environment described below is the exception: a shared test environment that holds synthetic data only.
Self-hosting
The platform is self-hostable: it can run on infrastructure your organization controls.
Passwordless sign-in
People sign in with a one-time code sent by email, or with an existing account from a sign-in provider your deployment enables. There is no password to manage.
Data handling
To generate an answer, the question and relevant excerpts are sent to a third-party AI provider, as the Privacy Notice describes. The Acceptable Use rules ask users not to enter anything that identifies a patient.

Connecting to your hospital systems
To prepare a connection to your hospital information system (HIS), your IT team can be given access to a shared test environment that holds synthetic data only, with test accounts and synthetic sample reports in Vietnamese and English. Several hospitals' teams use it, so real patient data must not be sent to it. Registering your system's connection, sending its reports into PrimaCite and signing in through it are not available yet.
